Set Up a Catalog Message Template on beeoneten

Set up a Broadcast Message Template for WhatsApp.

Purpose: To set up and send Broadcast or Conversation messages with a Catalog on Whatsapp.

Steps:

1. Log in to platform with an account that has Campaign permissions.
2. Go to Campaign page.

Start  a Broadcast template with your Whatsapp OA.

3. Edit a Broadcast message.

Click the name of the broadcast template

Start creating the broadcast template

Edit detailed content of the message.

Ask to approve the Template

5.9.3.2. Set up a Conversation message template.

Purpose: To set up and send a Conversation message with a Catalog on Whatsapp.

Steps:

1. Log in to platform with an account that has Campaign permissions.
2. Go to Campaign page.

Create a Conversation template with your Whatsapp OA.

4. Edit Conversation message template.

Click the name of the conversation template

Start creating the broadcast template

5. Edit detailed content of the message.

6. Submit Catalog message

7. Continue making conversation template.
