Status-wise SMS Traffic Analysis
The Message Count feature provides users with a detailed analysis of SMS traffic, offering status-wise counts of messages sent. Here’s an overview of the Message Count section:
Key Features:
Status-wise Count:
Message Count displays status-wise counts of SMS traffic sent by the user. Users can gain insights into the distribution of message statuses, such as delivered, pending, etc.
Date Range Selection:
Users have the flexibility to select a specific date range interval for which they would like to view the message count report.
Monthly Summary:
When selecting a specific month, the application displays the total SMS/Usage count by default. A hyperlink is provided to drill down further into detailed date-wise summary reports.
Time Zone Consideration:
The message status-wise count visible is as per the user’s time zone, ensuring accurate and relevant information.
Steps to View Message Count:
Access Message Count:
Navigate to the Message Count section within the iTextPro platform.
Select Date Range:
Choose the desired date range interval to view the message count report.
Explore Monthly Summary:
If selecting a specific month, explore the total SMS/Usage count and use the hyperlink for detailed date-wise summary reports.
