Manage Your Account Information
The My Profile option empowers users to manage their basic profile information, ensuring accurate and personalized account details. Here’s an overview of the My Profile section:

Key Features:
First Name:
Users can input their first name, which serves as a reference for the parent account in issuing invoices.
Mobile Number:
Register the mobile number for the user account, facilitating future communications.
Country Code / Auto-add Country Code:
Select the appropriate country code to be automatically appended when sending campaigns. Users can enable the auto-add feature for convenience.
Email ID:
Input the user’s email address for communication purposes. This email address is also used for sending alerts, welcome emails, OTP verification emails, etc.
Country / State:
Users can specify their country and state information, serving as a reference for the parent account in issuing invoices.
Time Zone:
Configure the local time zone to enable the application to convert date and time transactions to the user’s time zone.
Steps to Manage My Profile:
Access My Profile:
Navigate to the My Profile section within the iTextPro platform.
Update Information:
Input or update information in the relevant fields, including first name, mobile number, country code, email ID, country, state, and time zone.
Save Changes:
Confirm and save the changes made to the user profile.
