International Support for Alphanumeric Sender ID
The following table captures our up-to-date coverage for Alphanumeric sender ID support (aka “alpha tags”). For countries where the “Alpha Tag Support” column says “Yes”, you can use an alpha tag to send messages to these destinations. Some of these supported countries only support sending transactional messages and require sender ID pre-registration. This means you can only use alpha tags you pre-register with us.
You can start the pre-registration process by contacting our support team. It’s important that you test out the Alphanumeric support first before sending large batches.
