Regarding Facebook campaigns, there is no need to use the send out function. Since your end-user will open a conversation first on your Pages, we are unable to automatically send pre-message due to Facebook policy.
Example: The first message of the Facebook template will be sent to the end-user when they send a message to your Page first.
