The template is one message (broadcast) or a list of questions/messages (conversation) that are created and used for the Bulk campaign. One conversation template can be used for multiple bulk campaigns, saving time while creating campaigns. There are currently multiple types of templates: Viber template, RCS template, Facebook template and Whatsapp template.
