This function allows you to export an existing template and share it with your colleagues or import the template samples.
Note: Templates when exported as a file will have the extension as Beeoneten [Example: templatesample.beeoneten]. Only files have extension as Beeoneten can be imported into the Template section.
When exporting the template of any channel, keep the same channel when importing the template into the system; do not change the channel to avoid conflicts.
- Example: export template of Viber, when importing into system, please still use that template for Viber only, do not switch to RCS or Apple.
