From business messaging to four platforms
CakraFlash started in 2016 with A2P messaging. Ten years on, that experience has grown into four platforms, each with its own identity.
CakraFlash was founded on 18 November 2016 in South Jakarta, as PT Cakra Alpha Spektrum, with one focus: A2P messaging, the messages businesses and public institutions send to the people they serve.
Learning what reliable communication takes
Its market was international from the start. In November 2017 it became an official partner of Indosat, a role it held until November 2019, and in 2019 it entered the Indonesian domestic market. That work taught a lesson that still shapes everything CakraFlash builds: organizations depend on their communication every day, so it has to be dependable.
In 2021 CakraFlash was named a winner of the SME 100 Awards as one of the "Fast Moving Companies in Asia". In 2024 operations moved into the company's own building at Northbridge Business Center in BSD.
One foundation, separate identities
As the company grew, so did the range of ways businesses communicate. Instead of one product trying to do everything, CakraFlash chose to build specialized platforms, each with its own identity and website:
- Beeoneten for business messaging and customer conversations.
- AirMobile for enterprise SMS, A2P and OTP messaging, and voice.
- Flashmail for business email communication.
- Tokenexia for access to multiple AI models through one gateway, currently in beta.
What connects them is the experience gained since 2016 and a shared belief: technology should make communication more meaningful, not more complicated.
